Q. How long should the installation take me? A: About 20-30 minutes depending upon which HD you have.

Q. Do I need to remove the gas tank? A. Absolutely not, the small hot wire will right up against the bottom of the tank but you should not have to take the tank off to make it look clean. Zip tye the hot wire to the horn bracket, then run it under the tank and zip tye again where the wire comes out from under the tank against the frame. This will hold the wire in place and out of sight.

Q. Do I need a separate wiring kit or relay? A. No, all the wiring you need for a perfect install is already in place underneath the cover, including a heavy duty, sealed relay along with heat-shrink connectors and heat shrink tubing.

Q. The Mini Beast seems heavy for this rubber bracket, is that a problem? A. No, the extra weight helps offset the vibration causing the horn to shake less therefore putting less stress on the rubber mounting mechanism. Also, we have 1000s of miles on these brackets and they have proven their durability.

Pro Pad Shipping Policy

How long does it take to process my order?

We know you’re anxious to display your new Pro Pad products so we make every effort to process orders within three business days. Typically orders placed by 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 will normally ship the next business day. Orders that are to ship via USPS will be processed the same day received but will not ship until the next business day.

We only ship Monday-Friday with the exception of days that shipping services are closed in recognition of holidays. We also do not ship December 24 – January 3; we are closed that week for the holidays and inventory.

Although we attempt to maintain adequate inventory levels, occasionally we will have a slight backorder on products in high demand. If your order will not be processed within three business days because of a backorder, you will be notified by either phone or e-mail.

If an expedited shipment, which is a UPS shipment method other than Ground, cannot be shipped the same day (providing order is placed prior to the 1:00 PM cut-off), you will be notified of the delay and given the option of changing your shipping method.

What are my shipping options?

We ship via UPS or US Postal Service (USPS) if total weight equals less than 1 pound. If shipping USPS, Priority Mail is used in most cases. For UPS you have a choice of the following:

Ground
Next Day Air
2nd Day Air
3-Day Select

These choices will be yours to select during the checkout process.

Please Note: UPS will not ship to a PO Box or an APO/AE (military) address.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Packages shipped via UPS Ground should arrive in 1-6 business days (Visit th e UPS Time-in-Transit Map and enter “28117” in the zip code field), while most US Postal Service packages arrive within 6-10 business days.

If your order is placed by the 1:00 deadline, you can expect UPS Next Day Air shipments to arrive the next business day. However, if you requested UPS 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select, the count doesn’t actually start until the next business day. For example: If you place an order on Thursday at 12:35 PM EST and select UPS 2nd Day Air, your package will arrive the following Monday. If you select UPS 3-Day Select, your package would not arrive until that Tuesday. We do not offer Saturday/Sunday delivery for UPS.

Please Note: UPS does not guarantee expedited delivery times during the weeks in which national holidays occur.

Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered and your location. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate. Please insure your billing address matches the billing address on your credit card statement in order to insure prompt delivery. This address WILL be verified with your bank and if they do not match EXACTLY, your order could be delayed and possibly canceled.

APO/AE Addresses: If you are shipping to an APO/AE address overseas please be aware that shipping times increase to 2-4 weeks. As the package is handed from our courier to an untraceable mail service we are not able to trace these packages. Without the ability to track the package we cannot provide insurance; therefore we are not responsible for lost shipments, and a claim cannot be made once we provide proof of shipment from our warehouse.

Where do you ship and where do you not ship?

We ship to all valid physical addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. While our website is not yet set up to accept US Territories or international addresses, we will ship to those via our US Mail Service.
