Stepping Beyond Customer Service Ron Willis - Harpers Ferry, WV (Friday, September 09, 2011) I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for stepping beyond customer service. The new bases arrived today and even with a serious storm coming down I could not wait to install them. As I stated in my original letter to you, I traded in the bike I bought the flags for the following Monday. In no way is this your fault or concern to help me, however, you agreeing to change the bases out to fit my new bike has made me happy, and my bike looks great - see attached photo - . I am proud to display your flags & mounts. There are many motorcycle flag manufactures out there, but I will no doubt recommend Pro Pad and only Pro Pad when I'm asked about flags and mounts. I'll also keep you in mind for replacement flags and seat pads and everything else you offer. Again, Thank you. Ron Willis |
