This rear fixed flag mount is designed to fit the upper 3/8" round bar found on the Harley Nostalgia rack or the upper bar of the Nostalgic Saddle Bag Guard Rails. This flag mount also fits the INSIDE rails of the Harley Tour Pak rack (not the OUTER rails).

All flag mounts have a limited lifetime warranty against manufacture defect. This warranty excludes the flag, o-ring and damage due to accidents, neglect or abuse. I have 3 of these mounts on my bike and they work great and can handle the rough ride and wind of the bike with no problem.
