Warranty Information

The polymer insert in the Tech Series Pad has a 2 year warranty against leaks, cracks, hardening or any type of break down. The outer cover has a one year warranty against defects. This warranty excludes damage due to accidents, neglect or abuse.

    My order for the SuperCruzr Tech Series pad was delivered promptly. Installation was simple and the ride is MUCH improved with the pad. I recommend this product to anyone wanting a more comfortable, less tiring ride.

    I have had many custom saddles over the years from Mustang, Corbin and Saddleman and paid a whole lot of money in my search for motorcycle comfort since 1971. But never with complete satisfaction. All that changed recently at my Honda dealers when on a whim, I decided to try one of your mesh saddle pads. What an unexpected surprise! In an instant my machine was transformed for less than a tenth of what I had paid in the past for any of the saddles or overpriced sheepskin gel pads from other manufacturers. I cannot say enough about this pad. It fits perfectly, looks fine, and most importantly it works. Far better than what I was expecting. I installed it in minutes and went out for a shakedown cruise on a 96℉ day. I was amazed as immediately I was aware of air flowing through the mesh and cooling the saddle and my posterior while providing total comfort. I rode the 25 miles to my dealer and immediately got two more for my other cycles, threw them in my saddlebags and rode another 180 miles up to the mountains in absolutely total comfort. Since then I have covered many a mile with your product producing excellent results and durability. If you ever need a testimonial from a satisfied customer, do not hesitate to contact me.

    Overall very comfortable pad, the gel temp equals the air temp so the pad is nice and cool in the mornings, I've heard not to leave them out in the sun, which I don't plan to do for that exact reason. I took it for a 7 hour ride the other day, and then decided to remove it and see what difference it made. I immediately put it back on the seat, it makes that much difference, the cut out for the tailbone is great and provides needed relief. Helps to provide a cushy comfortable ride for my 2001 royal star venture.
