This mount fits the 1/2" round bar found on the Harley Tour-Pak luggage rack (Harley Part #53665-87). This is a solid or fixed (stationary) mount.

All flag mounts have a limited lifetime warranty against manufacture defect. This warranty excludes the flag, o-ring and damage due to accidents, neglect or abuse. Fixed flag mount

Stainless Tour-Pak 1/2" Fixed Flag mount
After completing a 13 day, 9 state, and more than 2,600 miles, I am very pleased with these flags. They were easy to install and after I got them put on they stayed in place on my luggage rack. At times I was riding at 70-75 MPH and there were no issues with the mounts wobbling or moving. I am very pleased with these mounts and flags. I would recommend them to anyone that asks about them.

Tour-Pak 1/2" Fixed Flag Mount
This has to be the best built flag and mount on the market. A friend has had his on now his second bike for probably at least 3 years and although a little faded it still looks great. I purchased on to go on my 2018 Road Glide Ultra and it looks great. You can't go wrong with this one.
