This flag mount is designed to fit the HD 2-up and King-style detachable luggage rack on 2009+ FL's. This is a solid or fixed (stationary) mount.

All flag mounts have a limited lifetime warranty against manufacture defect. This warranty excludes the flag, o-ring and damage due to accidents, neglect or abuse. 5/8" Fixed Flag Mount
You get what you pay for and this high quality mount is worth every penny. I ordered this one for my Harley detachable luggage rack and it is a perfect fit. I was very impressed with the quality of the mount and equally with the US Army crest topper. The topper is beautifully done and really adds to the look of the mount. I just ordered another set with extra flags for the highway.

TOUR PAK 5/8" FIXED FLAG MOUNT
Perfect fit, two previous orders from Amazon advertised 5/8" but when they arrived they were 1/2" . I'll be back.

13 inch flag mounts
Ordered four sets with the 5/8th mount....once I received them I realized that I ordered the wrong ones! I placed a call to Pro-Pad and was quickly given a return number and the correct parts were shipped to me! Excellent products and fantastic customer service! Many thanks!

Tour Pack 5/8" Fixed Flag Mount
The Flag Mount hardware is of top quality and mounts very solid and securely to the stock directional signal post on my 1999 Heritage Springer Softail. In addition, the flag is made of a very durable woven material that presents itself quite nicely both while driving and while parked. The cherry on top is the US Army Topper that have raised many complements. Yes, you are paying a bit more than those $20 versions that are made of cheaper low quality materials however, if you are looking for a quality made in America flag mount that will complement your scoot and last a long time, this product is for you! Customer service was top notch and the mounting process was quite simple.... 5 Stars!

Fixed flag mount
Rode over 600 miles, flags snapping from the wind at speeds around 70 to 75 miles per hour with no flag degradation at all. Mounts held up as well. Must use Loctite [semi-permanent only] to insure screws remain snug. Product information should be more detailed on the different types of mounts specifically on the sizes, fixed and adjustable and pole size with flag size match. They are not clearly outlined and can easily be confused during purchase. Instructions for install could be better. No detail on mounting.
