Posted by Alan on 18th Sep 2014
I just returned from a 3100 mile motorcycle trip in 8 days. I was riding my 1989 Gold Wing 1500. This Seat Pad allowed me to put on about 600 miles a day in relative comfort. I was riding from tank to tank of gas, about 160 miles each leg and had no need to stop and walk around like I used to need to do. It is wonderful and from this point forward, I won't ride without it!

I have ridden approx. 1500 miles on the Air Pad Large since I purchased it a few weeks ago and the weather was 100 plus degrees each day. The Air Pad allowed cool air to flow under the riders seating area and made a huge difference in riding comfort. I would ride with out the pad until I was feeling uncomfortable then place the pad on my GL1800 Gold Wing Corbin seat and I would notice a real improvement right away. Most of the riding was done in 400 to 500 mile intervals. I bought 2 pads and highly recommend them to any rider who rides in warm weather.

I've tried the gel pad which I didn't care for, imagine a water balloon, the gel moves to the area with no pressure and you get a ball of gel where you don't want it (if you know what I mean). These pads however ARE WONDERFUL! I purchased them just before the Sturgis Rally (2014) and loved them the entire 2772 miles! These are the ones you want, hands down. They're cool and provide relief from those long rides. I highly recommend them!

I really like my Air Series pad. It's low profile and promotes air circulation as advertised. However, the front strap needs a buckle instead of being a single elastic strap. To install the pad on my BMW K1200LT I had to remove the seat. My fellow riders were so impressed with my Pro Pad that they wanted to try it. Unfortunately, I would have had to remove my seat to get the pad off.
I have cut the front strap and added a buckle so my friends can easily try my Pro Pad. And I know that one of them is placing an order as a result!

I bought this for my wife as I have the Pro Pad on my seat and really like it for summer riding. She hasn't used it much but over all she likes it. The front strap is not very functional for use with the Corbin touring seat (one piece for both ), will have to re do the front strap so that it can use clips also.
Overall a good product.

I purchased these in preparation for our trip to the Sturgis Bike Rally. I got the super cruiser size for my Vulcan 900 & my husband's Roadstar. We both liked ours so well, I purchased a set of large size ones for my sister's Sportster & her husband's Heritage. All were a perfect fit. Super comfortable & easy to install/remove. Am enjoying riding in comfort! Thank you Pro Pad for saving our A**!

I have an XL1200C HD Sportster and always had a probem getting a wet butt on even mildly hot days. My husband and I just took a 4 day trip to Virginia and it was HOT! I had absolutely no problems with the sweat issue. I wish I had bought this seatpad 3 years ago. It would have alleviated the embarrassment of the sweaty butt! Only one thing I would suggest would be to have quick releases on both straps in case of rain. We installed the front strap underneath the seat for it to be more secure. We got caught in rain and the pad got soaked, so being able to easily remove it would have been better. Overall though, I love this seatpad!

Bought it this morning. Put 300 miles on it today. It has made my new Ultimate seat even better. I'm actually surprised it worked as well as it does. Allows air to circulate between your butt and the seat. Definitely adds comfort in the hot weather. Adds cushion also.
